I believe that telling our stories
helps us feel more empowered, less alone.
Through stories, we connect to our own
inner wisdom and to one another.
Most often, my stories begin as songs, a form
I am drawn to for distilling an experience to its essence.
Words are the bedrock, but music lifts the message to the heart.
Some stories are fully expressed through a song alone.
Others reach fullest expression by combining words, music, voice narrative, sounds of nature, or photographs in a multimedia video mix.
